Since we came from the other coast and weren't familiar with the area she was extremely helpful in guiding us through our hunt and purchase. I don't believe anyone could ask for a better agent. I think she has the patience of a saint. I feel she was very professional when she needed to be, but also injected a little humor at times. She was always available, morning noon and night if I needed anythingand let me tell you, I was needy! .... I can not think of one thing I would or could change. To me she was perfect. Since my Father passed away, it was my responsibility to sell his condo. Since I live out of state, I was a little stressed about going about it. After listing with Lorna, I realized right away that she was very capable and caring. She communicated with me every step of the way through offers that were made and explained all the ins and outs of the selling procedure. I know on several occasions she worked late into the evening to help things along with potential buyers. I also feel that she went out of her way to take care of the condo, making sure it was at its best for showing. I really appreciated that since I could not be there to do it myself. Most of all, she has a really positive attitude and talked me through things when I was discouraged. She is a great person and Real Estate Agent. I recommend her highly.
